Berkley Blanchard joined W.C. Bradley Real Estate in 2024 as Assistant Property Manager. Berkley has over 23 years of property management, sales, and customer service experience. Before joining the team, Berkley worked for Woodruff Property Management and Range Water Real Estate where she held leasing and management roles in both existing and upscale lease up communities. In her personal life, Berkley enjoys traveling, hiking, gardening, and spending time with her husband, Perry, and her 19-year-old son, Cal.
